> Junior English National Squad Selection
2009 has started off with some good performances from 4 Junior members of the LSKC, who competed at the All England Open Karate Championships in Bradford. First up for Kata was Ethan Parsons who won his final with a fine display of sharpness and power, Eliot Parsons was unlucky not to get a higher placing for his kata behind Mathew Humphries who took first place.
The kumite event was a very good event for our competitors, Ethan and Mathew were unlucky not to make the finals in there kumite event. The older lads made no mistake in there event. Harry Cuddy who was selected onto the KUGB junior Natinals Squad last weekend put in a fine perfomance, kicking and punching his way through the elimination and winning his catogory. Eliot Parsons battled his way to winning his final, making up for his disappointment in the kata event.
( left to right ) Mathew, Harry, Ethan and Eliot

Fantastic achievment by everyone, well done.
